I've always wanted to do Jacob's ladder. It's a staircase of about 200 steps leading up the side of Mount Eliza to King's Park and it is the free Step class of Perth. Everyone seems to go there for their morning exercise, especially to train for marathons or mountain climbing.
I've never done it, although one day I would like to. But today, since I was waiting for my Silica to activate in the furnace, 4 hours at 400 degrees Celsius, I decided to climb stairs before sitting down at my laptop to do some writing. I don't like being sedentary all day. I climbed all 104 steps up the Chemcentre, 4 times up and down. It wasn't much... equivalent of 2 Jacob's ladders, but I managed to break a sweat and get a good workout. It would be so embarassing if anyone saw me running up and down like that!
Anyway why don't more people do it? Climb up and down stairs. It should be a communal office activity. 15 minutes up and down, before morning tea. Good for your heart and good for office bonding!
